HOW TO *NOT* WAIT AT THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE

My staff and I bend over backwards to stay on time for our patients (which we generally do, give or take 15 minutes).

However, not all offices are as efficient or respectful of patients' time – I know, having waited for doctors myself!

Here’s how to minimize the wait:

⭐️ Make the FIRST appointment of the day, before they have a chance to run behind.

⭐️ Or, the first AFTER LUNCH. The reason: many offices close for lunch so staff can eat, but many doctors skip lunch just to catch up.

⭐️  CALL THE OFFICE 20 minutes before your appointment to see if they’re on time.

⭐️ If they’re not running behind, get there early. If the person ahead of you is late, they’ll often see you first.

⭐️ Book ahead.  If you ask to be “squeezed in,” you’ll likely need to wait longer.

⭐️ Be nice to the staff.  Cookies and a smile go a long way 😄
